Ah, and so the return to Impel Down surpasses DBK by a good margin. I'm wondering how well the battle with Freeza will fair!!

A Lupin/Detective Conan crossover? Wow, I can see how that would have beaten it! That would be what I'd be watching.

Average Rating: 9.23%
Rating High: 11.3% ( Episode 1 )
Rating Low: 6.4% ( Episode 18 )
Ratings Range: 4.9%

I finally got around to adding the last 6 weeks worth of ratings to my long-ass post on the first page. Nothing too exciting, just some holiday special programming, a Chibi Maruko-chan 20th anniversary special, and the final episode of Fresh Pretty Cure!. DragonBall Kai still stayed in the top 10, and it's clear that every time Goku makes an appearance the ratings go up.

I didn't know Goku making an appearance had the power to do that (but I'm not surprised given various popularity polls I've seen). Him making the ratings go up is hilariously awesome to me. XD

But if we watch this live via internet, does it count towards the ratings?

It counts for the guy, or gal, that is broadcasting it. But for each person on the internet that's watching, no.
