I can't seem to find General White. Yeah, he doesn't seem to be on here. He is a very important character.

Aha! That's one of the two I was thinking of! I think he's the biggest omission.

UPDATED
Those who are listed in my previous list, and these are some more.

In the Anime, Hasky, is that her Japanese name, if so then she's not on there.
In the Anime, the unnamed mutated Namekian spawn of Piccolo Daimao.
The Immortal Phoenix.
The Yardrats aren't shown in the Manga only spoke about, and in the Anime they are shown as their non-canon character design.
Dr. Gero isn't on the list, but Android 20 is. Dr. Gero's True Identity. I guess he is then. >_>
Didn't check the list, but, Oolong and Puar's Teacher, Piccolo's parent, and the namek who has long forgot his name.

Also I'm having a difficulty finding these characters in the Manga, and I only remember them from the Anime, so they should have a star next to them if I'm right.

She's in there, as "Husky".

They're not in the character dictionary, but they do have an entry in the glossary section.
Piccolo's parent
He's named "Katattsu", and is in there.

Yeah, Hujio messed up, since they do have a star by their entry in the book. Incidentally, Tsuno has a star by his entry despite appearing in the manga.

I can't think of anymore characters that are missing. For the one you know that is missing and named in the Manga but never shown, is it before Gohan's birth or after? I would think before since there is a bunch of names dropped early on in the story, which would make it harder for me since I only read that part of the Manga once and only saw a few episodes of it. Just wondering, we don't see the character you are thinking of but do we hear it? I understand if you don't want to give any more hints though to see if we can figure it out all by ourselves.

@Khalid Shahin: It's a character from after Gohan's birth.
Godo wrote:"During the battle with Freeza, while he put up a good fight before Freeza transformed, he was killed with a single blow after Freeza transformed into his final form." - Vegeta section
He recieved many blows until he died, as far as I remember. I would like to know if this was written like that in Japanese too?
It's ichigeki de shibou, "dead with one blow". I suppose you could take that to mean that it was one particular blow that did him in, rather than that he recieved one and only one blow, then died.

This list doesn't seem to include the named but not shown fighters in the Jr. Division.
In the Anime, the East and West Kaio, they are referenced in the Manga though.
OH SH~ That list is missing Bibidi. GARH, the above poster beat me to it just as I found out.

I don't remembe his name, but is South Kaio's student that was mentioned in the Boo arc in there?

Bibidi I can maybe understand, since we never saw him and he really contributed nothing to the plot beyond creating and sealing Buu. But General Silver was the main villain of a substantial mini-arc. I can't believe they forgot him.

By the way, it would be great if it included the Japanese symbols with the character names, or if you have a list of all the romanizations with the Japanese characters next to it. Basically I need a good resource to help filling out this spreadsheet.
That I describe here.

And Silver's not a general... he's a colonel. And got his butt kicked in about five panels. Which makes you wonder why the anime spent about six episodes trying to convince you he was such a badass! :D

He has some scenes in the anime, though, and is likely more important than, say, Oran. :P

Not really a missing gap, but under "Anime" it just seems odd that you wrote out the number "two" in relation to Goku's BP as a baby. Usually, in the case of BP, we're always using numbers (Farmer's BP was 5) instead of writing it out (Farmer's BP was five).

Just something I noticed. That's all.

Shuu Sai'aku is decribed to have a "beard" when he clearly has a mustache. Is this an error from the Daizenshuu you kept as-is for translation accuracy or do you wanna fix this?
