Help with filling out a spreadsheet of the Manga characters

I'm currently about halfway through making a Dragon Ball Manga chart based off this concept from XKCD, and I am making it in Flash and one of the things I want the chart to do is be able to switch between its language preference easily. I have the character names organized in 7 different ways, the Japanese characters, Romanization, intended name in English characterization long/short, 'translated, and Funimation long/short. So I put the character names in a spreadsheet and started to fill out the names across the two languages for some of them. What made it complicated was that there are different kinds of Japanese symbols, and I don't know a lick of Japanese. And I don't have a list of all the characters names across the two languages, I have this, but it doesn't do all the characters and it isn't a simple listing. If some users can help this spreadsheet out by adding characters and filling in the information you know, and perhaps leave notes on the page. Or even point me in the direction of an accurate page with all the names and romanizations. It doesn't seem like the character names are organized, but I can alphabetize it with a few clicks, so don't worry about that. I wouldn't be asking for help on this if its only functionality is to serve my chart, but this can be used as a reference or be used for other projects by all users. My goal is to have a spreadsheet that lists all the Manga characters that are worth naming and have their name in the said format above.

On a partial side note, so far on my character location chart, I started at Raditz's Arrival and I am at Buu's Revival, and I charted 74 Characters up to that point. Also, am I allowed to do requests here or collaborate with others on this forum?

Yeah I'm already aware of that topic, I posted in it multiple times and I asked for help on this spreadsheet within that topic.

I was hoping in something in which its only information are the names which I could transfer more easily to the spreadsheet and I was hoping something like this spreadsheet already exists.
