Well, we only just recently found out that Piccolo is in the game. It's possible that Dende might appear in a later patch.

You use that in the TMQ during the 23rd tournament to help ChiChi find Goku.

Right, things I've noticed:

- Zarbon only has one earring, I don't know if this is relevant in any way.
- There's a bunch animals with halos. I wonder what does it mean.
- There's a doctor/flamboyant who appears to be part of capsule corp.
- There's a... very odd looking fella with an afro.
- There's an old looking geezer that resembles Bora.
- Baata's shoulder pads are abnormally large.
- #9 (Commander Red) is still associated with Red Ribbon and not Red Pants.
- Pilaf is wearing a hat, I don't remember him wearing a hat. Is he from the past missions or the present (age 1000)?
- Mai is there, wearing what looks like a labcoat. Doesn't look old.
- There's 2 hermit looking mice.

Can anyone shed a bit of light into some of these issues?

Probably doesn't because his in-game model has two.

There is only one and he hasn't been introduced yet.
- There's a doctor/flamboyant who appears to be part of capsule corp.
Quest giver and one of the ?leaders? of the upcoming engineer class.
- There's a... very odd looking fella with an afro.
High level martial artist trainer.
- There's an old looking geezer that resembles Bora.
In the land near Korin's, most of the NPCs look like Indians.
- Baata's shoulder pads are abnormally large.
Probably just the artists style as his model looks normal.
- #9 (Commander Red) is still associated with Red Ribbon and not Red Pants.
He is rebuilt as an android by the RP
- Pilaf is wearing a hat, I don't remember him wearing a hat. Is he from the past missions or the present (age 1000)?
He had a hat on for most of Dragon Ball. You fight a reincarnation of him, Mai and Shu in his dungeon.
- Mai is there, wearing what looks like a labcoat. Doesn't look old.

Backthen's already done most of it, I'll just add some info.

2,3,4,5,9,10 - Random NPC's with various purposes, found all over the game.
1,6,7 - Irrelevant Design errors.

8 - There's something about Pilaf, a very long time ago, Citrinate found an icon in the game's resources which has Pilaf and Miira standing/chilling together. So for all we know, Pilaf could be the one behind the whole time breaking business lol.

On a side note, Pilaf's former castle has now been taken over by monster/alien/guy called 아키 (Aki). And in the castle exists three giant statues called 파라후 석상 (Pilaf Statue), 슈 석상 (Shu Statue), and 마이 석상 (Mai Statue). What Aki does is possess the statues and that becomes the boss fight. The names of the actual bosses are Aki, but with his form added at the end: 파라후 석상폼 (Pilaf form), 슈 석상 폼 (Shuu form) and 마이 석상 폼 (Mai form)
