Who Hates Dragon Ball?
I want to know, does anyone here hate DB (not Z, not GT, DB!)? I see a lot of people hate GT, so does anyone here hate the adventure in DB?

I don`t think anyone here hates DB. They may not like a few arcs of DB but overall most people agree that DB is even better than DBZ.

Can you edit your topic to "hates", please? Even if you're from Indonesia, you have like everyone else here agreed to use proper spelling and grammar. Thank you.Goku100xKamehameha wrote:No! I'm not joking!

Personally, I think the subject has potential, if people will stop the nonsense and actually talk about it.SonGokuGT wrote:ಠ_ಠ

Here, I'll start. I don't hate DB. It's by far my favorite part of the series. It's a lot more well-rounded, fun, and down-to-earth (literally and figuratively). I love the humor, as well as all the different places and people they meet while adventuring. I also like the action, because it's full of more raw hand-to-hand combat and lots of interesting different techniques, as opposed to the frequent beam blasting that make up later parts of the series. I also think Gokuu in the Piccolo arc is more of a badass than any other portion of the series, including when he goes SSJ for the first time. And even the filler is usually pretty good.
Also, I may or may not be in love with Pilaf.

Re: Who Hate Dragon Ball?
How can one hate DragonBall? It's the one part of the series where there is a sense of adventure (with the exception of the first few episodes of GT), I just love it. The only people that I would think dislikes the original DragonBall series would be the ones who watched DragonBall Z/GT on television and loved all the hardcore fighting, then went back to watch the original and found that the fighting in the show didn't quit "match up" to what Z and GT is.
This then means these types of fans miss what DragonBall is truly about: friendship, struggle and victory.

Actions have reactions so don't be quick to judge, you may not know the hardships that people don't speak of.

I understand English isn't your first language, but please try to use proper grammar. Things like capitals and pluralizations shouldn't be that hard.
I don't understand the point of this thread. You like Dragon Ball, you don't know of anyone who doesn't like Dragon Ball, everyone replying here is confused as to why anyone wouldn't like Dragon Ball. I have no idea what the point of this thread is.Goku100xKamehameha wrote:and I think there's only a little possibility that more than one person hate DB!

Same thing. I still make some grammar errors, but rarely.

Now, to the topic...
I'm one of the few who like Dragon Ball more than Dragon Ball Z.
Adventure-themed stories were always been my favorite, and I like Dragon Ball because it's more adventuress than the fight-centric DBZ.

Re: Who Hates Dragon Ball?
Well he already edited the topic.
Anyway, I am so shocked that none of you hate Dragon Ball. It is amazing. You mean to tell me you guys went to a Dragon Ball Forum and actually like the show? Just... unbelievable.
But in all seriousness, Dragon Ball is a unique show. It's stupendous! Wow, what a great show! Unbelievable! Look at that!
Seriously though, I'm not a huge fan of "poopy" and "boobie" jokes, but I think Dragon Ball was awesome. The first arc wasn't all that great for me, but it was still interesting to see. The Tenkaichi Tournament stuff was all amazing, it really gave that martial arts feel to the show. The Red Ribbon Army was a cool idea, despite dragging on for what seemed like an eternity, but still, a nice arc about a militia who was hell bent on dominating the world. The Tenshinhan stuff was awesome because of the fighting and character build-up, and the King Piccolo/Piccolo Jr. stuff was great again because of character build-up and the story behind it. This show felt mystical and different. It had a lot of interesting fights and very colorful characters.
But still, none of you hate Dragon Ball? You people... how could you?

Re: Who Hates Dragon Ball?
I saw Dragon Ball right from the first episode so, although I might understand that you find DBZ more epic, to me Dragon Ball will always be the first and the most balanced show of the three.
