I didn't make this, but it looks like someone did a little modification to the Ocean Dub voice for Freeza

Delivery still isn't great, but it's a little better than it was.

A lot better than the original voice... but for some reason if you were to bump up the pitch just a bit, to me it would sound a lot better.

I thought for sure you were posting that recent Kai clip.

It's not bad, It would definitely be a step in the right direction.

It was an improvement over the previous voice, but not a particularly big one.


Plus, he sounded a bit like Captain Ginyu. :P
