I don't get your meaning. Krillin and Cell used it because it's easy to master.

Tien is the only one who used the move to its full extant by attacking after doing it. True it would have been anticlimatic if Krillin after doing it to Frieza, cut his head off, but still you'd think he'd do something like that. As for the debate of who the strongest human is, Tien is during DB hands down, during DBZ, hard to say as Krillin is shown way more.

I heard from someone that Tenshinhan developed that third eye to help store sunlight for his Solar Flare technique, because his third eye is always open, even if his other two are closed.
There are times when you can make a point that' baed on partial truthes found in the series such as the third eye being from enlightenment etc. As outlandish as they may be if there is some truth to them like in the reason behind design and such then you can try to make a point.

Whereas that is completely off the board.
As for the debate of who the strongest human is, Tenshinhan is during DB hands down, during DBZ, hard to say as Krillin is shown way more.
But there's really no debate anymore hence the epiphany (sp). If Tenshinhan isn't an Earthling, then Krillin is the strongest human. Now...strongest 'humanoid' is still out in the air but those three simple kanji in the Daiz just changed everything (for me at least).

I know that King Piccolo does call him a human though. Or did that thing in the daizenshu says he's to humans on DB, as the Al Bhed are to the humans on Spira or something?

The King is a dog.

It is normal to live next to a dog or some other random animal. We don't know why. I dont' even bother wondering. But it probably has something to do with why 3 eyes is just 'bam' there.

If he's an alien, would Shiyoken be his transformed state? :P

I also consider him an alien now since it's easier to explain the eye in a DB sense. Though the enlightenment issue is obviously Toriyama's inspiration (Journey to the West, afterall), I consider Tenshinhan to be non-human, but still from Earth.

Sorry for the near-necro, but I just read in the racial grouping section of daizenshuu 7 that one of the many alien races includes the "Three Eyes, the ancestors of Tenshinhan," and that on Earth there are "a few Saiyans who have intermixed with the population, as well as Nameks and Three Eyes."

So it would seem that Tenshinhan is indeed born on Earth, but 100% alien.

Meh, three-eyes is close enough to human for me.

I mean, c'mon, Krillin's got no nose.

Isn't it obvious? Krillin's an alien too! He's a member of the "No Nose" race. :P

Or he's a mutant. At last! Yamcha is the strongest human!

Yamcha is a Saiyan. Just look at him! Looks just like Buu Saga Gohan!

Define human. This is a completely different universe where people can fly and shoot beams out of their hands if they try hard enough. There are anthropomorphic dogs and bears and wolves running around, mixed in with the general population. Nobody notices or cares.

In Dr. Slump, everything was a sentient being. A house or the sun or whatever. When Toriyama moved on to Dragonball, it seems like he only tried a little to add realism.

Hope I'm not ruining anybody's fun.

Please don't tell me the doll-boy is the strongest human. **Pretends Videl surpassed Chaozu**

That made me wonder. Who's stronger: 28th budoukai Videl, or 22nd budoukai Chaozu?

Videl can beat down on somebody with her punches and kicks only. And fly. At least Chaozu had some cool powers. He gets my vote.

Through much of DB, Yamcha struck me as being about equally strong as Krillin. In DBZ it was the same until he got blown up. Then started the screwing of him and Tien.

Eh...no. Krillin completely surpassed Yamcha by the time the 21st budoukai came along. The proof is in how long each lasted against Jackie Choun. From then on, Yamcha stupidly only followed the same training as Krillin+Goku, so at best all he could ever hope for was to catch up. Radditz's scouter detects Krillin at 206 and Yamcha at 177, which just further proves my point. One could argue that they increased at the same rate as a result of following the same training, but that gap in early DB was always there remained there as a result of Yamcha being too stupid to try and seize the strong points of the training and develop them his own way. Only Tenshinhan did this when he arrived at Kaio's.

Actually, Videl's a Saiyan, too. And Chiaotzu sure as hell ain't human.

The strongest human is Hercule! He's the champ!

Nuh-UNH! His is "Satan," so he's obvious a devil from Makai! Yajirobi's the strongest human! Oh no, wait, he's a spoof of John Belushi's samurai sketch, and sketch comedians aren't human either. Huh. It would seem there are no humans in DB.
