I know that name. I know you're right. But I can't for the life of me remember who the hell Frankie Dux is...TheLiveActionAnimeBoy wrote:I would say that Mr. Satan was based off Frank Dux.

How the hell could I forget about Bloodsport?! It's the first crappy action movie that got me into martial arts and action movies! I even own a copy of it!desirecampbell wrote:He's ex-CIA Special Ops who was taught ninjitsu by his neighbor as a teenager.Dayspring wrote:I know that name. I know you're right. Sadly, my dad actually once trained with Frank Dux when he was stationed in Japan, but not to be a ninja
. He happened to have met him in 1975, the year the kumite takes place. But I heard it really took place in the Bahamas, and not in Hong Kong.
The reason why I brought up Frank Dux into the discussion is that Frank Dux is maybe a fraud just like Mr. Satan is.
I don't know if Frank Dux is for real but my dad told me he could do some pretty flashy moves without any warm ups. I'm not sure if the records the ending credits show is true, but I heard he can do a 70 mph kick.
