Alright, I'll seriously lost trying to figure out how to play this. I don't know what the heck I'm supose to be doin' here. Can someone explain, or is there any sort of instructional guide out there you can lead me to.
Any information would be great!
Here this if it helps:

Shouldn't this be in the game section thing?
Anywho, I didn't know Banpresto had done any DBZ stuff before Super Sonic Warriors. Would you happen to know what buttons are involved? It would be a lot easier for us non-bilingual people to understand the picture.

What is this game? Looks like Sparking for Genesis. Really cool.
-edit-
Is this on an arcade box?

Ya, it's an old arcade game. I've been looking for it, either the console or the ROM, for a while. It looks considerably like fun.

Not this game...
I found it in one of those laundry places in Ohio. That game sucked because I didn't know how to play it. It also sucked because the coin machine was broken and I was being attacked by mutant flies.

Well, it is kind of a Dragonball question, isn't it?
I wish I could find an actual cabinet of the game. I'm a collector, and have a few actual arcade cabinets, but this one is VERY RARE.
It's available for Mame, and probably the only way you'll ever play it. If you need a link to the rom, PM me.
From what I've played, there are three buttons. Two of them do rapid punches, the other makes you fly away from your opponent. Pushing down on the analog, your character does a charging up move, letting go releases a ki blast. Holding up on the analog stick makes him block. That's pretty much all I've figured out.
Here is more information, if you're interested:

There is also Dragon Ball Z:

I was thinking it was the robot from the episode where Gohan finds "Mr. Robot".
I honestly have no idea.

I remember that one: it's a BAD version of Toribot. At least that's what the owner at the arcade said. Fucking freak actually had a PS1 hooked up to a TV so he could show off his 3 import games. They were all released here by then!

Heh heh.
The sprites kinda look nicely done. Remind me somewhat of the cel-shaded graphics of the Budokai era.
But yeah, these games are quite rare, MAME is probably the only way to play them now. I've played DBZ Super Batttle 2 and it is somewhat quite weird.....

The sprites are pretty cool

Dear Kami, how long has Banpresto been making DBZ games? Oh well!

Banpresto made the utterly awesome SSW so this game sounds cool, yet very confusing looking...

I really, really need to get back into the habit of posting.

I've played both Super battle and while part 1 doesn't look very good part 2 does look very nice. It's almost impossible on the standard diffculty though.
I think you have to play the VS game a la Super Punch Out.

Whee! Way for us to go off-topic!
I'm pretty sure, judging by the images, that the goal is to "charge" and attack your opponent by rotating the joystick the amount of times indicated on the side. Make sure you're far away when doing this, so he'll miss, then come back for a slamming max-power 10-revolution attack.
Or you can PM Julian.

Well, since it was my post, and no one answered me ... I think it's alright.
Feel free to go back on topic, use the "quote" feature, if you want.
I'm just surprised that there isn't more info about it at some Dragonball site. Maybe sites aren't as booming as the old days, I mean, WHERE'S PLANETNAMEK.COM! Yes, I haven't been keeping up.

This is not Planet Namek. This is not the Planet Namek forum. This is not a thread about Planet Namek.

According ot the chart you have to spin the joystick eight times for a kamehameha. Talk about numb wrists....
Jord doesn't have a avatar because the combination of Jord and a equally cool avatar would cause the universe to implode.

No, I got SuperBattle working but MAME says the other two are broken - and I tried to fix it but have been rather busy (and by 'busy' I mean 'sleeping').
