The power of the universe lies within the 7 orbs known as the "Dragon Balls". To protect this sacred power, the Z Warriors on Earth, led by Goku, must battle Piccolo and his band of renegade henchmen. Dragon Ball Z for TV Games will offer 3 unique games ranging from Z ball-inspired pinball action, classic head-to-head fighting, and paddle/ball based fury. Only the strongest will survive the ultimate test of the Dragon Ball Z challenge. Are you prepared for the battle? No hardware required! This controller plugs directly into any TV with RCA jacks.

Games included in this collection:

* Kamehemeha Assault

* Tankaichi Budokai

* Z-Cards

* The Cell Saga

* Trunk's Time Machine Pinball

I'd have to say that I love the look of this joystick (hopefully you guys won't get a naughty thought looking at it). The screenshots on the GameStop page have a Budokaish look to them as well, but a little bit blurry. Has anyone obtained this yet and if so is it worth trying out?

There was a topic about this about 3 months ago. But to post in it would be to necropost, so, yeah.

Anywho, there is no way that those are screens from the thing. Images 1 and 3 are from B1, and Image 2 is from B2. It's illogical to think that a $20 TV game is going to have the power of a $150 console.

:lol: Sorry, I'm a perv. I couldn't resist. Yeah, I saw this thing at Wal-Mart and on the back I thought it said 'Budoten' or 'Gokuden' can't remember which one though. :? I might actually consider buying this.
I really, really need to get back into the habit of posting.

Holy crap that joystick looks like shit. Why is it the dragon? That isn't better to grip at all! Why couldn't it have been a gamepad, like the batman games?

-edit-
Dragon Ball Z for TV Games will offer 3 unique games ranging from Z ball-inspired pinball action, classic head-to-head fighting, and paddle/ball based fury
So it's just three games: a pinball game, a fighting game, and a pong rip-off (paddle/ball).
Lame.

-edit 2-
posted a 'customer review' for it, has to be O.K.'d though :roll:
Just to clarify some things about this product:

it does not contain the games Kamehemeha Assault, Tankaichi Budokai, Z-Cards, The Cell Saga, Trunk's Time Machine Pinball, that would be 7 games, not the three it states in the product description.

The only games it has are 1. a pinball game 2. some kind of 2D fighting game and 3. a pong rip-off.

The screenshots are taken from the Playstation 2 games DragonBall Z Budokai and DragonBall Z Budokai 2 (as seen at the links below)

DBZ Budokai

DBZ Budokai 2

They are not comperable to the graphics for this unit. This product will not produce such graphics.

Heh, "paddle/ball based fury."

Interesting joystick though. I wonder what the graphics are like. (For some reason they have Budokai 3 screenshots there instead) I'm guessing its some snes-like thing.
On hiatus.

It's a bit worse than SNES graphics, a Gamestop near my house had that setup, my opinion about it....if your twelve and under, its not so shabby for a Christmas gift, but as for pure gameplay of it, I have to give a thumbs-down. >< Just my opinion, better to check it out for yourselves :)
