By "episode" I think he meant "chapter".
Sorry, I can't speak English very well, but I'm trying my best.

This man was once the editor of Weekly Shonen Jump.
He post some quotes on his twitter accont. He usually uses American names, like the H-word.
I recommend to always be skeptic about Twitter or Facebooks pages. Anyone can create an account with the name of another person, in special names of celebrities. Especially when it comes to people who live in Japan that only makes posts in English.

Besides, that user page consists entirely of messages like this: "I fear... I fear nothing... ...except the tedium that it will bring!!!(Meryem from #HUNTER×HUNTER epi.261 vol.25)" Even if this was the real editor, I doubt he is posting that, and these are automated messages.

That's almost positively the real Hisashi Sasaki. He often posts pictures of the Jump offices, and the inside of Jump events like Jump Festa before they even open. I think he often Tweets himself, but he has mentioned having an assistant Tweet for him from time to time. I'm not crazy about the random quotes thing, but I LOVE following him for the little insights about working at Jump.

As far as Vegerot and the H-word -- I think he's just aware that he's mostly tweeting to the English speaking world, so he's trying to stay consistent with the English releases. Funny how he actually uses both "Vegerot" and "Vegito" in that post :P Almost as if his thoughts were, "Here is the English quote, but this is the character 'Vegito' I'm talking about here."

I think it would be impossible for someone in his position to be writting these random quotes himself. That is, if the account is real.

Yeah, I'm sure those are probably the assistant's job, but I do believe that he uses it himself from time to time, talking about going to dinner with manga authors and stuff. He's followed by the official Shonen Jump and Viz accounts as well as SJ and Viz staff who have occasionally spoken to each other via these accounts. I'm willing to bet that it is real.

I do squirm a little seeing stuff like Vegerot and the H-word on his account, but it makes sense that he would want to stay in line with what is presented to the English-speaking audiences.

EDIT: I don't want to get too far off-topic here, but that Wanted poster was to promote the One Piece wanted poster maker. I think the pixelation is a joke... Who could it be?? :P

If you ask me, that account is fake.

His username is "SHONENJUMP SASAKI" and even links to Shonen Jump (English website) on the description. And these constant connection to Shonen Jump are suspicious since he is just a former editor.

His photo gallery has no picture of himself, but tons of pictures from Japan events that can be found on the Internet. Besides I doubt the real editor would upload a picture like this:

Yes. He's also using Viz's DB/DBZ split for the manga, so he's referring to DBZ chapter 310, volume 26. In the Japanese version of the manga Vegetto says that line in DB chapter 504, volume 42 (volume 34 in the kanzenban release).

Anyway, Hisashi Sasaki didn't become head editor of Jump until 1998, and wasn't involved in the making of DB, so his English spelling choices aren't particularly more relevant than anyone else's.
Kanzenshuu: Is that place still around?
Sometimes, I tweet things
We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

Then you should tell the webmasters of the official Weekly Shonen Jump website that they are linking to a fake account. His tweets appear on the left side of the page.

So I was wrong about that? That account still looks very weird to me.
