Essentially what he's saying is Toei would hire Faulconer, Faulconer would hire Kikuchi to make the music but Faulconer would take all the credit.

I'm so glad they didn't do that after the Yamamoto scandal. Not that I hate that score or anything, and it actually would be interesting to see the score used properly, as opposed to constant noise. But, for starters, I can't picture FUNimation ever doing that (using the score properly), and the series needs to stop being messed with. It's like most anything that FUNi dubs, you can expect it to be released unaltered... unless it has "Dragon Ball" in its title.
