It looks near exactly the same as budokai 3. The only reason why they would convert it to PS2 is because they have new characters like Paikuhan and Janemba in it but I think they would be working on PS3 titles now. I saw on a website (i'll have to find it again) that Tenkaichi 2 is going to be made on PS3 although there is good chance that it is a rumour.

Hey, for anyone with a PSP try putting the screenshots on your Memory Stick and view them through the photo viewer. I did it and it gives you a very good idea of what the game is going to look like on the PSP screen. I have to say that it looks pretty damn good.

Now for the bigger question. Will this have Japanese voices?

I've noticed Atari's begun to include Japanese voice options in the US versions of the recent Dragon Ball Z games. If this includes Japanese voices on the US version, this'll give me better reason to not pay more money to import the game as well as shell out a pretty penny for the PSP. >_>

That looks too much like a mock-up to me. But then again I don't think I've ever seen that shirtless Super Saiyan 2 Gokuu, though it does scare me.

I vaguely wonder if you can get away with a cover like that. You can just barely tell he's got pants on if you look at the very bottom of the cover.

If they can get away with Yuna's nearly exposed rear on the Final Fantasy X-2 cover, as well as a barely clothed Riku, then of course they could get away with a shirtless Goku.

I actually can't find anything, there's not a listing for Shin Budokai, and no PSP section.

In fact, the only result (outside terribly spelled forum posts) from a Google search of "shin" was this news report on the France Atari site.

Maybe it's a Preliminary cover.
They will have the SSJ 2 Goku pic but He will be Fitted with other characters on the cover.

It's a spliced pic. That's Goku from when he and Gotenks took a bath (that sounds so wrong), and Freeza's face is simply photoshopped.
