Don't know if pointed out already, but Kuririn appears to have dots on his forehead. Isn't that, along with SSJ Gohan, seemingly another contradiction to the series? Kuririn no longer had those dots neither in the Boo arc nor 10 years after that.

He has a new hairstyle in this movie that doesn't completely cover his forehead though. I don't think the dots would ever completely go away, so with this new haircut, some of them are just showing up again is all.

When I look at that image of Krillin, I always feel like his forehead is too small. I guess because I'm so used to him without any hair.

Unless that very small widow's peak has hidden 4 dots of "original" Kuririn, that doesn't make any sense.

Man, I really hate that kind of promotional artwork. Recently they have been trending in the right direction, but now they have gone back to being like this...

Agreed. It's not very inviting, and I don't like it much compared to some of the more inventive, non-angry-looking stuff.That style of promo art does remind me way too much of the early 2000's Funi stock art; in fact I had to double-take when I first saw the above artwork because of how vividly it looked like an older piece that was reused very often.

Can anyone tell if that 1/12 date means anything related to BOG?

Well, those marks are incense burns, so if they ever went away he could presumably just "rebrand" them, so to speak.

Dragon Ball Hero has recently posted some improved artworks. I'd much prefer some early 2000s artwork, like Budokai 2 and Legendary Super Warriors.



It looks more realistic. The stuff they are doing is way too soft and looks off. I agree thazt they are kinda a bit too generic.

It's not Yamamuro's art, but a different artist who I assume is hired to do bulk loads of art they can use for promotional needs. It's not bad, not great, it works.

Well, in Dragon Ball her hair was blue (I think), and her eyes were blue also. Here, they appear to be sorta green. I dunno. Maybe this is Mai's daughter or something lol.

Her hair looks a sort of blue in the anime, but I'm pretty sure that's just down to specific points of lighting and that her hair is really Black.
