Oh man, I remember this movie. It was so cheesy I couldn't help but burst out in tears laughing. The moment I saw Goku's hair, I just couldn't stop. (Let's not forget the funky looking costumes as well.)

From what the rubbish altavista translation says it's a rip off movie like the Taiwanese one ( it mentions it) and not a fan movie. So it's a comericial thing just unofficial.
