They're all really obscure tracks, but here are the creators, in order:

Dark Thought (Piece 1): Tillman Sillescu
The Last Battle (Piece 2): Patrick Smith
The Result (Piece 3): Robert Mann

All can be found on http://freeplaymusic.com. Sorry if the first thought in your mind was Bruce Faulconer, they're all different composers that apparently all use a lot of synthesizers in their compositions.

After watching how good that came out, I'm never going back to the Kikuchi version.

This is the definitive Yamamoto Gohan SSJ2!

Say, could you release the song only? I always wanted to listen to it without the scream/aura and vocals.

Thanks in advance.

And Kei works his magic again! :D I honestly don't know how you manage to drown out the other channels so well, but you certainly find ways to do it.

I have absolutely no skill when it comes to creating videos with a different music, but...
There's a music that a friend made me listen to, and I don't know what it was made for, but it really gives me goosebumps and chills, and I can just picture it perfectly for Gohan's transformation into a Super Saiyan 2!

The name of the track is Hero's Return, and the artist is X-Ray Dog. From the very start, it's the bird flying in front of Gohan. When the music blows up in intensity at 25 seconds, it's Gohan being shot in the head by the red beam and/or screamin and/or having the sudden aura burst lifting dust.
Trust me, listen to the track, and I think any Dragon Ball fan will think "Gohan's transformation". Well, no, it's pretentious to say that, so I'll just say that as far as I'm concerned, it's the one and only music in my whole life during which I can't help thinking of Gohan's transformation... 8) It just had that "the moment when we're all saved has finally arrived" feel...

Here is a link to the track, but... don't pay attention to the "love story" image (really weird choice to go with the epic track...), it will ruin your connexion to the DB world (it ruined mine, for the first time with this song), just close your eyes or get lower on the page! :)

I've done some with the Death Note BGM and re-done Kikuchi to mirror closer to the original Z placement, when I have access to them I'll re-upload them and post the links here. It's not Kai, but, it can relate to Kai; but, I went and re-scored all of Episode 64 of GT with the Yamamoto Score (replaced the montage of DAN DAN with the saxophone version of Budokai 2's theme).

I agree with the others, it'd be nice to see the version you used Kei, released.

Hmm, I did something like that a while ago too. I wanted to use music from different franchises though, here's what I did so far...

The recap of Dragon Ball with The New Detective Conan Main Theme (Sax).
"Those transformations insane,
They wanna turn up hours late and steal the show from the pros who had to die for the name." - Yamcha (DBWTF: Z-Rap 3)

"Over saturation is easy. Just drag the slider to the right and there you are: instant interest. And certainly, the majority of the public likes saturated color images. In fact, if you want to quickly create a popular image, simply over saturate the colors and increase the contrast. While you may not achieve a sophisticated image, you will achieve an image that will please a less demanding audience." - Alain Briot
