It's a long shot but what I'm hoping for is in addition to the ones we've already seen the inclusion of all the other movie characters.

Garlic Jr, Dr. Uiro's robot, Tullece, Androids 14 and 15, Broly (in his stupid sludge form thing), and Hildegarn.

In addition I'd also like to see more Dragonball characters

Android 8, Kami (since he does most of his fighting in DB), General Blue, etc.

And I like most of you I'm sure, desperatly want Uub back in the game

A recent IGN article wrote:It's difficult to glean legitimate details from the blurry scans of the magazine's cover - there's not much there - but the issue does promise that Sparking! Neo will feature 100 warriors and that a "transform D" will take place in real-time, whatever that means. Obviously, the Revolution title will feature control mechanics that take advantage of the system's innovative new pointer.
Now mind you, they're making their interpretations from the same images we are, but I'm going to assume that they're talking about in-game transformations. Hooray! A lot of us coming fresh off Budokai 3 were disappointed when transformations weren't included in the first Sparking!, so I'm sure this is gonna please a lot of people.

They also mention the likelihood that the game will take advantage of Revolution's unique controller. While I'm not holding my breath on that one, it sure would be something interesting to see . . . and play!

It doesn't reveal anything else we're not already aware of, but for curiosity's sake the article can be viewed in its entirety here.

I'm all over the import when it's out. :D

If the revolution is region free, then that'll be even better!

Maybe the Revolution controller will make the game less frustrating to control than Sparking was.

I'm hoping that since Slug is available you can play as other movie villians previously looked over. (Really wants to see T u r l e s be playable. )
On hiatus.

I'd rather play as Tullece than that loser Turles. :P

Oooh, another has learned the secret... Heh "Turles", what a name.

I'd rather be able to play as a create-a-character, frankly, but that's not going to happen.

Create-a-character modes are great, but it's so rare to find a really good one. If a DBZ game were to ever have a create a character it would be beyond generic.

So yes, I would love to see something like that, but only if it was made well.

On closer examination, is that SSJ3 Goku fighting the giant version of Lord Slug? I hope this is a trend of bigger and better giant fighters, like Jr. from the 23rd Tenkaichi Tournament, Golden Ozaru's, or Hildegarn.

Lesse, we got Slug and Super #13. Now all we need are other Z movie villains, Pan, GT Kid Goku, Oob (Z and GT), Piccolo Daimao, Blue Shogun and Adjutant Black (gotta up the human and Dragon Ball ratio somewhat), Kaioshin, and Paikuhan and we're all set.

Heck, it'd be nice if the Japanese version tossed in Z or Kuriza (Neko Majin) into the game as hidden fighters.

We're not set without Pilaf and the Budokai Announcer.

And Arale. :)

So, the web site which had Tenkaichi 2 FOR THE PS3 as a release was nothing more than a typo? Figures, since they also had God of war 2 for the PS3.

Unless of course, Budokai Tenkaichi Neo is not Tenkaichi 2, and is more like a "Shin Budokai". I sincerely hope that this is the case, because I wanted the next Tenkaichi to be filled with new graphics and effects; the Revolution won't do justice to that, especially if it's just a PS2 port. Dammit.

Oh well. I guess I don't have to buy Tenkachi 1 now, and can go straight to "Neo".
"Destiny"... people claim by force what they desire, wreak havoc upon others in order to acquire it... and they call it "destiny".

:P I cannot wait for this! Am I the only one who wants to use all of Bojack's crew here? Heck, I'd even love to see Paragus or Tullece's crew, even Dr.Wheelo!

:P This is gonna be awesome!
I really, really need to get back into the habit of posting.

Unlike most people here, I'M glad it's coming to PS2 (I'm not interested in Revolution), and not PS3 (which I can't afford for years), which we thought was the case before. :P

I just hope that's accurate. Obviously, one of the sites has it wrong, and I hope it's the one that said it was coming to PS3. :?

Hmf. Not so awesome as if "being released on the damn PS3" awesome. Let's just hope that Tenkaichi 2, or Neo or Zippo or anything, will have more balanced characters, fairer CPU IQ, and more diverse combos.

Oh, and let's hope that melee attacks WILL do some damage this time.

Perhaps even October. I think that's what the folks at jeux france said.

I hope they don't fuck up the transformations like they did in B1-3.

Er...and what exactly was so "fucked up" about the transformations in Budokai 3? The whole system of base line Ki and certain irreversable transformations is pretty much the best system they've ever used in a DragonBall game.
