I'm relatively sure that is the special offer of buying all 49 single releases at once, under one price. It's not the DBZ Dragon Box Vol. 2 release.

2 grand... not bad for so many discs, but it's no dragonbox.

I may have to get this, if I can scrounge up the cash in time :'(

In fact, that's even cheaper than what you would see one dragonbox for on amazon japan.

Seems like it is for all 49 volumes of the DVDs. o_o

Apparently you're charged every month as each set is released a month. Doesn't sound too bad. Seems like it's also mentioning the neat little setup you can get after buying volumes 1-18 (which feature Goku, Vegeta and Freeza on Namek), although you have to be in Japan to get them. :(
