These are the individual releases that are exactly like the Dragonbox releases. Video and audio quality should be exactly the same.
As for price, I thought they were cheaper than 4000 yen, but it's not a bad price - not a sale though.

You CAN find them on Ebay, just be sure they're legit copies. If you're in doubt you can always post a link to the auction and members here can help you deciding if they're authentic or not.
Oh, and always check that the seller is a reliable person...

I'd suggest you find a good anime DVD store and buy them from there though...

No, you can also buy them from cdjapan and play-asia. There are many other Japanese sites that sell the singles, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Amazon.co.jp's better. You get discounts for having bought from them before, and they also have discounts for reserves and recently released DVDs.
