Goku lifting cube of densest material... canon?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

So does the TV series, then, since Garlic Jr. appears in it... ^^

Actually, the better explanation is that Toei's filled with nitwits. XP

The Garlic Jr. Saga didn't really happen. It was part of Gohan's dream! :D

Egad! That explains all of it! In his dreams, Gohan was inadvertantly seeing events from another dimension; that of the movies! Eureka!

Hormones man, hormones.

-edit-
Well, maybe it's more innocent than that. Gohan's been hearing about how Krillin's always wanted a girlfirend and in his dream he gave one to him. Gohan's not too 'experienced' and hasn't seen a lot of woman, so he subconciously makes an amalgamation of the best woman he knows.

I mean, Marron looks like Bulma - but has huge Chichis :lol:

No, the explanation is that GT takes place in the movie universe. :P
Xyex, you've gotta be the most persistent fella' that insists on GT not being canon with the anime universe. I fear I'll never be able to convert ya' to my point of view. :P

Anywho, I could write a 5 paragraph babble about my beliefs on what's canon in the anime (not manga), but I've already done that ... 9 times? Toriyama approves it, and the Daizenshuu points out movies 1 and 5 fitting in the time-line, whilst logic does the same for movies 9 and 13. Long story short, what's canon in the anime universe is all a matter of point of view. I'm not saying I'm right, I'm not saying Xyex is right. But, whatever ... I'm so exhausted from canon talks, and this 84-degree heat isn’t helping. o_o;;;

I know this is going to be hard, but can anyone guess how heavy that damn metal was? If it was indeed the densest material in the universe then how strong is Goku? He did lift that in base form!

Didn't the supreme kai state that it was the densest metal in the universe, yet extremely light? Besides, the kai himself could lift it with one hand, and he's a creampuff.

Actually, it was spoken to be the hardest material in the universe, and it's weight / density are never mentioned.

Also, Kaioshin lifted it with Telekinetic powers, not his arm (notice how it was a few meters above him).

Goku held it up with one arm easily while knocking on it and commenting on it's hardness.

Oh, I was confusing it with when kingkai was talking to goku about his new cloths.
