Question about Tullece

From seeing an image of Tullece from Sparking NEO, it seems he can transform into an Ozaru form. My question is does Tullece transform into an Ozaru in the film, I can't remember because I havent seen the film in a while.

No, he does not, though it's assumed he can since he's a Saiyajin with a tail. My guess is that Oozaru Tullece is just a neat extra form.

I think the best part about this is the possibility that we won't be limited to what was actually seen in the series. How about a SSj3 or (dare I dream) Super Saiyan 4 Gohan? Would anyone else 'cream' their pants? I would

Well, I doubt there will be anything like that for the upcoming sparking neo.

But who knows what the future will bring? It's possible that some day we may actually see a DBZ game full of fantasy characters.

No, you cannot dream. Gohan cannot go SSj4, only full-blooded Saiyans can.

Oozaru Tullece joins a small and very select group of special "what if" characters. Now we have the Krillin/Cell hybrid from the original Budokai, the "variant" (non-canon) Majin Buu absorptions and other fantasy fusions from Budokai 2 and Oozaru Tullece in the Budokai Tenkaichi sequel. Any I missed?

Sigh. Would it really be so drastic a blow to continuity to just stick SSJ3 Vegeta in there?

I don't think Ozaru Tullece is so much of a fantasy character seeing as it's assumed he can transform.

Vegeta turning SSj3 on the other hand? Not so likely.

No, it honestly wouldn't.

What would be nice is if when using capsules, you could assign things like SSj stages to any Saiyan, without the character-specifics. Say, you could give Vegeta the SSj3 powerup, and there'd be an SSj3 model\skin for Vegeta you could then use. Or, you could give one called "Elder Kai Unlock Potential" to Goku instead of Gohan, or give Vegeta the Kamehameha... the possibilities could be vast. Of course, you couldn't give SSj stages to Freeza or anything absurd like that...

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of SSJ3 Vegeta, but that'd be awesome to see Gohan as a SSJ3 and a SSJ4.

Also, Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. would be awesome, too. They should have more fusions in there, like Piccolo+Krillin, Buu+Everybody, Goku Jr.+Vegeta Jr. Oh, I know. . . SSJ5 Goku and SSJ6 Vegeta!

I also want to see a Majin Goku.

When? I've never heard this...

I've always assumed that any Saiyajin with a tail can become a Super Saiyajin 4.

I think they are doing something like that for Super DBZ. I saw an interview with one of the devlopers of the game and he talked about that ability. For example, he said you could give son goku no.16's "rocket punch" move. I dont think the transformation capsules are going to be universal ( meaning not everyone can get the SSJ2 capsule) in it, but the special moves are.

Nope. Here's the evidence:

1. Goku gets a tail, goes Golden Oozaru. When he gains control, he transforms into an SSj4.
2. Baby-Vegeta becomes a Golden Oozaru, gains control, and.... does not go SSj4.
3. Later, when Bulma is creating the ray during the Omega Shenron fight, she wonders about this. Vegeta says Baby had corrupted his blood so he wasn't a full-blooded Saiyan.
4. Full-blood Vegeta turns Golden Oozaru, gains controls, and turns SSj4.

Therefore, only full-blooded Saiyans can go Super Saiyan 4.
