I wouldn't say it's horrible to the point that I want to scratch out my eyes from seeing it, but it is a pretty bad sequel. So many plot holes, the new SSJ transformation was wack, the plot was dumbed down, and in the end, it was a mess.
Is it possible to watch DBZ with epilepsy?

I think GT had a huge amount of potential, but just didn't reach it. I liked a lot of the idea, but they weren't executed well.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Just like with the prequels, GT had a lot of hype and fans were looking forward to it but end up being hugely let down. I do view GT as the Batman & Robin of the franchise since it was bad enough to kill the franchise. I think GT did poorly enough that Toei didn't bother to make another show.
