Anime Piccolo was dominating the Cell Juniors, only losing because he got overwhelmed; in the end, it took a double-team sneak attack to finally bring him down. So he should beat the crap out of Trunks, who was weaker than a Cell Junior.

Goku and Chi-Chi vs Gohan and Videl instantly becomes Goku vs all three because Chi-Chi won't let anyone hurt her baby. Thus all power levels are irrelevant as Goku won't stand up to Chi-Chi. Gohan and Videl get ice-cream while Chi-Chi chews out Goku.

Goten and Kid Trunks even before their trip into the ROSAT are around or at least somewhat close to CG Goku's level. Either one of them could probably beat down initial perfect Cell

The kids individually are stronger than Vegeta, but they are unexperienced and not very skilled. So, I believe that Vegeta will find a way to take out of the picture one of them with the Final Flash, and then after a tough fight, he will take care of the other kid after a hard fight, and by using the Bing Bang Attack. I don't see how - as in the Anime Piccolo was still no match for Cell and was in awe of Goku's ability when he was fighting Cell.

Goku's performance vs the Cell Jr's isn't a fair comparison, as in both the manga and anime he's severely weakened by injury and fatigue.

GT Piccolo without weight clothes vs. Super Perfect Cell. If Piccolo did train after Cell, Buu and the end of DBZ, would Piccolo able to take down Cell? He did tank a blast from Bebi SSj Gohan afterall. I believe Piccolo did train got stronger over the years since he has no reason to stop training unlike Gohan. Trunks even said in GT that Piccolo was one of the strongest warriors on Earth unless that was a dub line.
