Chiaotzu: I'd say against Kuririn at the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai, I think its the only fully intense battle he has thought the series (except when he blows himself up )
Gohan: Cell in ssj2 form (obviously)
Goku: Probably vegeta (the first time). Frieza is a close 2nd
Goten: Probably trunks in 25th Tenkaichi Budokai , every other interesting fight he has is as Gotenks
Kuririn: Again I'd say the Chiaotzu fight at the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai
Piccolo: If we're talking about Piccolo Jr. then I'd say Goku at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. King Piccolo would be against Roshi (Although you see very little of it)
Tenshinhan: Cell, wasn't a fight as such but he did a great job of keeping him down with the tri-beam
Trunks: Future trunks, Android 17 and 18 in his own timeline. Kid Trunks, probably Goten again
Vegeta: First fight against Goku
Yajirobe: Fight against Goku when they first meet
Yamcha: I'm not sure he had one. He either won easily against shit opponents or got destroyed by massively superior ones. His Tenshinhan fight wasn't that bad (to start with)

Chiaotzu - Krillin. The only fight where his skills were actually useful. I don't like the part when he was spamming Dodonpa, though.

Gohan - Super Buu. That fight had some nice choreography.

Goku - It's hard to choose just one, but to me, his fight with Cell is the most entertaining.

Goten - Bio-Broli. There wasn't any sense of danger during his match with Trunks, but during his fight with the crap-monster, he not only fought with his enemy, but he also tried to save other people in the lab.

Kuririn - Freeza. He went through a lot during this fight and eventually got killed.

Piccolo - #17. Nice choreography, some well-thought techniques and that painful exchange of blows to the gut...

Tenshinhan - Both of his fights with Goku during the tournaments were awesome, but I think the first one was a liiitle better. And he actually won that one, too.

Trunks - Freeza. Although one-sided, it was pretty bad-ass how quickly and effectively Trunks dealt with his enemy.

Vegeta - Zarbon. Both of their battles were very brutal.

Yajirobe - his fight with Goku, I guess. There's not a lot to choose from for this guy, really.

Yamcha - Mummy. Although he was getting beat up pretty badly, he didn't go down that easily.
