First off, the game is called Super Dragonball Z, not Chou. Second, the opening is available at IGN and Gamespot.

Someone needs to listen to the podcast. :?

Dude, it's 'SUPER' not 'CHOU', it's been established numerous times, it's even 'SUPER' in the danged TV spot.

Yes, I agree. Although "Chou" means Super in Japanese, it's still called Super DragonBall Z. Even in the Japanese trailer says it.

"SUPA DORAGON BORU ZE!"

One thing is what is said and other thing is what is written.
By the way , english is cooler in Japan.
About what they said, is Zetto, no Ze .

By the way, Chou and Super are the same. Why are we discusing this?
The topic is for the opening (which i've not seen at IGN or Gamespot)

Hm. Technically it has the kanji 超 which is "chou" BUT the Katakana (the Furigana) below it says スーパー. If I recall, the Furigana is telling you how to read the Kanji, not necessarilly what the Kanji really is. So even though it has 超 you would read it "Super Dragon Ball Z." If they wanted you to read it "Chou Dragon Ball Z" then the Furigana would have ちょう.

Japanese title screen here

Need further proof? Just watch the TV commercial for the game and LISTEN to the name of the game. "Suupaa Dragon Ball Zetto" -- Super Dragon Ball Z.

I don't know why people are still discussing this.

Anyway, for the opening question.. Opening Sequence Here. Kind of lackluster compared to the Budokai series, in my opinion.

Hopefully I'll be putting up my encode of it (full 60 fps) tomorrow (screw YouTube)... with a bunch of other happy things... ^_~.

And there shouldn't be any fucking argument about the title of the game, anymore. Let's not be stubborn. It's a losing war if I've ever seen one.

Awesome. I want to see it in full scale, full speed.

Wish I could find Budokai 2, with vocals, too, but ah well.

For those who wanna see the movie in full-size, don't get your hopes up. For some reason, it really looks like ass in both the European and Japanese versions >_>;;

Might as well take the copy VegEX put up and just zoom it. Looks about the same :P

Yeah, it's not all that pretty looking. I filtered it a bit so it would still look good resized and all, too. Can't make gold outta poop, though :).
