Strobe light effect?

Post by Sun_Wukong » Sun Aug 06, 2006 8:52 pm

Its kinda hard to describe this, I believe it was used a lot in Doomrider. Is this done with After Effects or Premiere? If anyone knows what I'm talking about that is.

I'm not sure that it is an effect.
SQ's Mini-guide to Action Sync
Read through that and hopefully it will help you out some. You're probably using Windows Movie Maker, so I'm not sure how much the guide will help you. When using WMM, make sure to export as DV-AVI.

Where did you get the idea I was using Movie Maker?

It was an assumption. A lot of people are using that program to make AMV's. Don't take it personal.

Well, Sun_Wukong, it looks like you were using Windows Movie Maker. No offence. Really.

Well I haven't seen any of your videos... I was just assuming that you used WMM. I myself have used it in the past. Um, sorry if I offended you. :?:

Sun_Wukong showing people unfinished work and complaining about contructie critisism? No, that'd never happen.

Seriously man, Steve just made one, little comment - it wasn't "lol! u uz the M$ movy-makker", it was "When using WMM, make sure to export as DV-AVI". That's it.
