What manga are these from?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

I found this... it appears to be in malaysian.. Would anyone have any info on it, or able to read what it says on the site? Is it a doujinshi (fan manga) or some random spinnoff publication by AT that is very little known about? I find it rather interesting.

The first image is just a picture of one of the new pages from the kanzenban's new ending.

The rest is all doujinshi. The fourth image down looks pretty farkin' hot.

Am I the only one who can't see anything there?

-edit- Well I went through the page's code and came up with the images... no idea why thet don't seem to show up.

Anyway, I really want to know how they ever thought this up:

-edit the sequel- Ah, Mr. EX to the rescue... crazy side scrolling pages.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's the old ending

Wow, with the exception of the way Uub is drawn, these are very well made.

I think the story here seems quite interesting, I wonder if someone on the board could translate them...

Yeah, it seems to be one of the best fan drawn DB comics I've seen on the Web. Well then, let's all just hope that someone who's proficient in Malaiyan, can help us out here.

It looks quite good...it just seems that it contains too much anime influences (like Goz and Mez, I really don't like them) and Dragonball Fandom Fantasies.

Anyways, I would like to see Goku and the team in spacesuits fighting in space against an enemy which they can't communicate with, since they communicate with radio transmitters and can't read off the enemy's frequence or thoughts. Anyways, they've got a disadvantage, if their suits get damaged they can kiss life goodbye...they have to be TACTICAL to win.
But it seems unlikely that anyone will make a doujinshi with that theme. If one can get hold of this doujinshi, and it has a space fight, then it would be beyond awesome.
Good people last longer!

I know all about the first image - i've read the kanzenban ending. It's the others i was wandering about - especially the ones with kid and what appears to be King Vegeta.. i'm kind of itching to see what Toriyama's version of king and kid vegeta would look like (if he ever drew them) since my project focuses on the Saiya-jin before DB.. I'm pretty sure that kid vegeta would have not had bangs like Toei drew him.

The site itself is in japanese but is formatted into all those random gibberish-like characters. The comics are in malaysian.

According to that page, it's actually a sequel made by the Indonesian publisher.
Something about Gokû and Vegeta using a time machine to go back in history...

Does that mean that this thing is illegal or something? I know, that unless it's a doujinshi or pornography, or anything that's fan-made, no one can independently create a Dragon Ball comic, unless it's by Akira Toriyama or the folks from the Bird Studio.

That depends on if it was done for profit, doesn't it?

Well, even if the author happens to be a publisher, that doesn't make him any less of a fan. It's technically a doujinshi, because it's a fan made comic.

As long as it's not being sold, he's not doing anything wrong.

Well, he obviously had enough interest in Dragon Ball to make a Dragon Ball fancomic.

Thank You, Olivier. That's what I was thinking of too. You know, bootleggers make pirate DBZ DVDs not because they're fans, but because of the money. It's obvious that this "publisher" hired someone to draw this comics, then started SELLING it for their own profit. But of course, knowing how the big name Japanese publishers such as Shueisha are extremely relunctant to take legal action against those who use their properties, and do whatever the hell they please with them. Either way, this Malayian DB comic practically reeks of piracy and the greed of someone, who wants to capitalize the succes of Dragon Ball.

A lot of doujinshi is like that, but it's still done by fans. You want something that really "reeks" of illegal conduct? Have you ever heard of a little baby (bastardized, ugly ass baby) called "Sailor and the Seven Ballz?" :x
