My thoughts:
Brian Drummond: Great for a younger Vegeta, has that "psychotic wild" side to his performance. His arrogant side was also well-depicted.
Chris Sabat: I can't imagine anyone else for a older Vegeta, as Vegeta's body and physique changed throughout DBZ, Sabat's voice seemed to follow suit and actually sounded like he wasa aging. He definitely got the arrogant side downpat, just like Drummond. And he could pull off geniune sentimental scenes (like with him sacrificing himself to kill Boo) better than Drummond, who seemed only able to do the "angry/arrogant/psycho" voice that he did in Seasons 1 & 2.
I like them both.

Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

For some more of Brian's Vegeta, check this clip I found:

He's particularily good in this scene, and includes 'Season 1 and 2' clips with their original voices. Interesting.

I have to agree with the assessment that he wasn't as good as old Vegeta. But man he could do a good raving psycho. I will always love the scene with him charging Gohan and Krillian screaming.
I didn't really care for Christopher Sabat as Vegeta or Piccolo in the redub. He was great in Dragonball as Demon King Piccolo and then Junior. But in the redub he could not pull off the evil guy doing good Piccolo. He acted as if he had been a good guy all along.

I actually just watch Gundam Wing again - never knew that Drummond did Zecks. I wasn't even really watching, and then I heard Vegeta's voice, and became confussed.
(é) Yeah, I'm famous. Super famous. I start things.

I always assumed that Vegeta hit poor Gohan in the...huevos to put it mildly. I always wince when I see that part due to the past inferrence. I guess I was wrong. If I wasn't then that would explain the lack of a girlfriend for our older buddy Gohan the Confused Teenager!Rocketman wrote: then BAM knees a little kid in the gut.

I was talking to a female friend on the phone the other day..we both grew up with Drummond's Vegeta during season 1, and I was grunting and going "Heeee...HEEEE..HEEEE" in his voice to her... that was a major giggle getter right there.
I'm popular with the fangirls. XD I might even get laid. Thank you, Brian Drummond! (Tracey, if you ever read this, I wantya to know that yes, I do wanna get into your pants, but I value our friendship very much.)
