The hell do people want Tar(as in the actual word)-ble back for?

Because characters settling their differences with violence isn't the only exciting way to tell a story?

Just a few thoughts.

-Jaco, I don't know what to think of this guy. From what I read about him on Minus, he seemed pretty lame, but its nice to see him animated and fighting along side the Z Fighters.

-Golden Frieza is actually a nice design once you get used to it, I think he'll have another upgrade to that transformation maybe when he gets God power.

-Whis and Beerus are back, I'm hoping that Whis offers Frieza the God of Destruction status and goes on a planet destroying spree worst than Beerus, and is unstoppable because he's doing his job.

-It seems to be likely as Earth is shown blowing up, perhaps this hints at only a handful of people surviving, Bulma, Dende, Vegeta and the young Saiyans.

-Vegeta's transformation to SSJG requires 5 pure blooded Saiyans, so maybe Trunks, Gotens, Vegeta, Tarble, and Bulma (Bra inside) will be used to give him his turn?

-I'm actually glad the SSJ transformation won't be relied on this time around, I prefer stuff like "mystic" and base form, the only ssj form I liked was Broly's Restrained, yet he's non-canon.

-If my theory is correct, they'll use the dragon balls at the end to restore "all the planets Frieza had destroyed" and will unintentionally bring back Planet Plant, with a silhouette of a monkey tail signaling the revival of the Saiyans.

-Minus aside, I really need for Toryama to clear the Saiyans' history up to the point of working under Frieza, he did make the Tuffles canon so I'm hoping he'll explain all of that.

Personally I don't see a single reason why Jaco would even appear in a dragon ball movie? Most dbz fans dont even know him, and plus his character design completely sucks, he looks like another fodder. No even worse.. a feedstock's fodder! The only characters that ever had a cool design was Vegetto, Super 17 and Janemba and 2 of them werent even created by Toriyama.

There's another reference to Kuririn having long hair, indicating that in the weird 4th Wall-breaking setting of these blog posts, he hasn't shaved his head yet. Which I think means him shaving his head to get his mojo back might be an actual scene in the movie. Maybe. There's also a hint at there being a tender scene between 18 and Kuririn, which might be this hypothetical head-shaving scene, or something else.

I'll have the translations for this and the other two backlogged blog posts up on the site later tonight. Really.

Honestly, I would be all about that. We don't get enough 18xKuririn interaction, imo.

The manga is readily available for purchase in a good number countries. And I'd say most DB fans in Japan do know who he is. And they are, after all, the main audience of this film.

It better. I want Krillin moments and development. I do not want a Goku/Vegeta wank fest, while everyone else get's the Tree of Might treatment.

I'm going to seriously laugh my ass if Goku dies again in this movie, i mean he's been getting so cocky lately, never being satisfied with his foe power, giving them a chance to power up. There was even one line in the trailer where Beerus says "You brought this on yourself." He probably said that to Goku, And then when Vegeta comes he says "Your finished" Not sure if he meant to say that to Frieza or Goku. Also I'm pretty sure there is going to be already a sequel. Vegeta might join Frieza and then maybe defeats him in the next movie with Darth Vader and Emperor sort of relationship.

Today we’ve got a comment from the voice of Kame-sennin, Masaharu Sato!

I was really looking forward to making another movie. Although Toriyama’s works have lots of fighting in them, beneath it all they’re actually quite gentle…or rather, they have an amazingly light-hearted and gentle worldview. I suppose “Dr. Slump” is the source of that, and it’s very refreshing.

Something that stands out this time around is seeing Kame-sennin go from “puff-puff” to “hiya!” (laughs). One of the highlights of the battle scenes for me was Kame-sennin looking all cool but then having to take a bit of a rest, since he is over the hill after all (laughs). It felt like I got the best part there.

With Freeza back to life, this is Kame-sennin’s first time meeting him face-to-face. When it comes down to it, “puff-puffs” are more my area of expertise, and I was cast to handle the light and breezy stuff, so suddenly having to play a strong fighter was pretty tough.

This time I got to perform an old-school “Kamehameha” (laughs). It was a lot of fun to go “this is a Kamehameha!” And check out the big and beefy version of Kame-sennin (laughs).

I think you’ll all really enjoy this second movie. It’s a lot of fun.

Can't remember if we saw any scenes of #18 fighting yet, but the interview confirms that she will (or at least, she intends to). Gotta get revenge on the man who killed her man...before he was her man

It looks like we've now had the voice actors also interviewed for each character who got interviewed...except Ryou Horikawa. Come on, man, give us some sweet behind the scenes tidbits about Vegeta!
