When did Vegeta become a good guy?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Saiyan Saga to Zarbon fight - 100% evil, 0% good
Ginyu Force/Freeza Saga - 90% evil, 10% good
Android Arc - 50% evil, 50% good
Buu Arc - 30% evil, 70% good
GT - 2% evil, 98% good

We don't know it. In Buu arc sure he didn't. But it is not Buu arc anymore.
Vegeta ain't Tenshinhan, Krillin, Yamcha, or even Piccolo. He's not someone to really be effected if a city was destroyed.
I am sure that Piccolo cares mostly because of Kami.

He almost got Videl killed in Battle of Gods tho.

"My heart is pure...pure evil"

Wasn't he in love with Bulma already at this point? (making a lot of assumptions here...)

Because using his logic he should be able to fly on the nimbus cloud (I would love to see him try that)

Either that or he was basically saying you don't really need a pure heart to become a super saiyan

He seemed to care when he talked to God. He pressured him to stop the cyborgs before it was too late. Though I wouldn't deny God made him care more about people once he became part of Piccolo.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

It just seemed to make him more level-headed to me.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

I know that it will never happen now, but I wish they had made a special revolving around Vegeta between the Freeza and Cell sagas, where he was sort of an anti-hero. Those little bits in the show where he's decimating Freeza's planets and searching for Goku whet my appetite. Were those scenes filler?
There is no Dragon Ball canon.
