Wich is wrong; The manga implies that Goku was a much higher value.

Too big the gap between Goku and Cell imo; Cell was only 1 or 2 steps ahead of Goku; I think the fight between the two looks like Vegeta (initial) vs. Zarbon (handsome) - a distance of 12% would be perfect.

Goku can't hit Cell. Cell can't hit Gohan - the gap between father and son is pretty big - 1,5x is a good place to start. Gohan defend Cell's hits with no effort, look how effortlessly he looks as he blocks Cell's hits, huh?

Goku is at 88% of Cell
Cell is 75% of Gohan
Cell real speed is equal to Gohan

Yet Gohan gets kicked aside easily when he tries to stop Cell right before A16 grabs him. Cell never powered up after he fought Goku and before Gohan turned SSJ2.

Yeah he did. Vegeta tells Cui that if his power has increased so his speed also increased which means increased speed leads to increase of power.

Cell not referred to power because speed was what he wasn't competing with Gohan

Looks pretty good - I would increase a little the distance between Chapa and Chaozu/Yamcha/Krillin - Roshi said that Yamcha and Krillin had chances to win the tournament even after seeing how easily Chapa was defeated by Goku.

This is exactly my point: Roshi knew that Goku had not used full power against Chapa and yet said Yamcha and Krillin had chances to win.

At the time - this could not mean that Cell Jr. were the same as they were only suppressed? Maybe they were equal only when they were not taking seriously the fight

I know but I just assumed that piccolo was as at his limit after fighting 17. So this why cell defeated him. Also mssj gohan was said to be the same strength of cell. However one he didn't want to fight cell and after his fight with Goku. Cell took a senzu bean rose his power. I didn't want to include that.

17 was as strong as Piccolo and was totally defeated by Imperfect Cell and 17 have boundless energy.
Cell (real speed) was on par with SSJ Gohan, but when Gohan turned into SSJ2, Cell made a massive power boost.

I don't think Piccolo(with gohan and kuririn ki) is stronger than Vegeta; at most he's stronger than Freeza(3rd form). Either way how Piccolo tripled his power?

Why? I'm starting to thinking Gotenks SSJ(pre rosat) is way stronger than Goku SSJ3.

Krillin showed confidence that Gotenks base could defeat Fat Buu even after have seen Majin Vegeta SSJ2 be defeated; then Gotenks base (pre rosat) >> Majin Vegeta SSJ2 / Goku SSJ2.

How did you increase it from 1,200x to 17,000x in such a short amount of time? lol. That seems so incredibly arbitrary.

Because Gotenks base must be stronger than Majin Vegeta SSJ2, then Gotenks SSJ must be way stronger than Goku SSJ3.

Kaboom, just a doubt: Why you have in your list SSJ Kid Trunks and SSJ Goten > Gotenks base? Gotenks base is at least stronger than the Kids in Super Saiyan, don't you think?
