Trunks & Vegeta were barely holding their own and were losing the fight.

No they weren't. We had like two panels of the fight and they were even.

Cell states they were barely holding their own.

Vegeta managed to hit a Cell Jr in the face; I think Vegeta is slightly stronger than Trunks; Cell Jr must be slightly stronger than Vegeta since Cell said that they were barely hold this own.

Trunks = Vegeta = Cell Jr does not work good; I think Cell Jr >= Vegeta >= Trunks works better; Cell said that Vegeta was barely fighting evenly. Vegeta should be slightly stronger than Trunks just by Status quo.

I think Vegeta being 60% of Goku works pretty well;

There's a massive space between Goku ( original's power ) and Vegeta, which is why Vegeta being 60% of Goku makes a lot of sense.

Beerus said Raging Vegeta is the most fun he's had since Goku Ssj3. Fun is always an alternative for strength in Dragonball Z. This suggest Goku Ssj3 is the second strongest.

Goku Ssj3 > Ultimate Gohan > Gotenks Ssj3 > Vegeta Ssj2

Beerus never fought SSJ3 Gotenks or U.Gohan and also i think he never said it is the most fun he only said fighting Vegeta is more fun than the Saiyan on North Kai's planet.

Beeurs fought Gotenks Ssj3 in the manga. Also, if Beerus beat U.Gohan, fighting Gotenks Ssj3 is irrelevant by default. Gohan could be 50% stronger than him.

The cartoon is now the official source and depicts Gohan powering up in his Mystic state. Yet he one shotted him and called Goku the most fun he's had since Raging Vegeta.

Fun is always an alternative for strength. Beerus continues to state he's having fun multiple times with Goku SSJG, also implying he's the strongest.

Also, if Gohan was more 'fun', Beerus would have used him as the prime example. He didn't.

Trunks demonstra surpresa quando Goku diz que Piccolo não tem nenhuma chance contra Cell. Ou seja, o filho de Bejita achava que o namek tinha pelo menos chances, isso demonstra que Piccolo > Trunks. Na mente de Trunks, Goku ( 50% ) era Goku ( 100% ), mas então por que Kamiccolo não tinha mais chances contra Cell?? Nesse momento penso que Mirai Toranksu descobriu que o poder que o protagonista demonstrara a Karin não era seu máximo poder. Piccolo descobriu isso durante sua estadia na sala do tempo.

Analisando isso tudo, penso que Piccolo tenha um poder pelo menos a par com Goku SSJ ( 50% ), senão ligeiramente mais forte. Vegeta e Trunks são um pouco mais fortes que isso, mas não muito, diria que os dois são, respectivamente, 60 e 59. Os Cell Jr sendo apenas um pouco mais fortes que isso, uns 62, permitiria a Piccolo, cujo poder ronda os 50, a colocar uma luta.

I would bring Nappa down quite a bit. Goku stopped his strongest attack with a quick Kamehameha. If Nappa was that close, Goku would be a bit more worried. I would say between 6.500 and 7.500.

I think at that stage, Nappa has not perfected ki amplification trough blasts, hence I would give it a low multiplier.

I don't believe that sparring against Gohan is an accurate indicator to how strong Goten is. Not only has Gohan's power gone down from 7 years ago, but his skills and reflexes would've been severely rusty.

While that's true, Gohan was still strong enough to fight Dabra as a SS/SS2, so his power couldn't have dropped that much. His skills are rusty, but Goten wouldn't have any skill to begin with, evening it out.

It's also worth noting when there actually is a big gap in power between two people sparring, it's shown to be one-sided, unlike Goten and Gohan's sparring, which is shown completely even.

Also, I doubt a reactive punch from Vegeta would kill 18. If Vegeta slugged her with all of his might, it would be a different story, but if he hit her as hard as he hit Trunks when they were training, 18 would have a broken jaw, at the worst.

Why are you assuming his punch against Trunks wasn't full force? The punch was out of instinct and not intentional, how could Vegeta actively suppress something he doesn't mean to do?

I think that Gohan was only a SSJ against Dabura. Art says that; At that moment, was a great distinction between SSJ and SSJ2. I think the author may have had a change of mind about Gohan SSJ2 in the tournament and have found it better to ignore that part and have it just as SSJ.

Look at Majin Vegeta SSJ is depicted. Majin Vegeta SSJ is the man who will do a better job than Dabura. Majin Vegeta SSJ is portrayed as over Gohan and Dabura. Goku and Gohan are terrified with the power of Majin Vegeta SSJ while Dabura and Babidi was amazed with said power.

1) I think the distance between Goku and Jackie Chun is too large. Right, Goku had the advantage in the fight, but a distance of 4% seems a bit overblown.

2) the distance between Goku and Namu is too big; the two fought evenly for a while and Goku won in the details. Boost Namu or lower.

3) I would put Giran stronger than Yamcha; Note that Goku struggled to block a blow of Giran.

4) Ran Fuan is very weak; his punches hurt Namu and besides she managed to dodge a serious attack of Namu. I would Ran Fuan stronger than Yamcha for sure.
