@jrdemr I'm curious about how you handled "Son kun". Were there any other alternatives on the table or was "Son son" the consensus? I don't know how Devir handles it in other manga. It's one of those weird instances in a translation to portuguese, because it's not like "chan" where it can be somewhat easily adapted to Portuguese with a diminutive.
I decided on it by myself. No one at Devir seemed to take issue with it, so it went through.
There's no real big story behind the decision. I just liked it, so I went with it

We sometimes use these kinds of cute nicknames for people we like in Portugal, like "Lulu" for "Luísa" or "Dudu" for "Eduardo", so, since we couldn't keep "Son-kun", "Son-Son" sounded the more "Portuguese" way to go about it to me. I actually originally had something to the effect of " 'Son-kun' in the original Japanese" as a TL, just to acknowledge the original term, but I later thought it was kind of unnecessary, so I removed it.
