The Tracklist has NOTHING to do with Dragonball. oO
Maybe an Italian CD. Any idea?^

Well, everything on the cover except "1 year of teuf" and Dragonball (which is missing an L) and most of the song names are in French, so I would assume that this is a French CD.

Interesting tracklist... "Sh*tty Works"... can't say I've seen that one before :D
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.

Well, it says "100% Techno" on the cover. Perhaps remixes of bgms or some vocals?

Either a terrible bootleg - or a terrible legit production.

-edit-
Apparently not a bootleg.
This site lists it as "Mix CD Dragonbal/Tekmics – Altitude records(1995)". But I can't find anything on Altitude Records about it (uses frames, hit "store").

Not French if it's like that... maybe an Italian or Spanish dialect (does Spain have dialects?)?

Well altitude, présente, titres, inédits and the song (I know I said most of the song titles were French, but it's actually only one  ) Nuit gravement a la sante (spelled properly as Nuit gravement à la santé) are french words, and make sense, so that's why I assumed it was French.

I would expect Spain to have dialects, seeing as every other language/country does. You also have variants on it, like Catalonian <.<;; Anyhow, I've seen similar things being released in Germany, with curious remixes of existing anime songs.

I assume it's a random techno CD with DB plastered across it. It isn't uncommon for this to happen. Sonic the Hedgehog was whored out in such a way in the mid 90s, being used on CD covers that had nothing to do with him.

But that's why I suggested a dialect of a similar language; IF you spell everything correctly and IF you punctuate everything correctly, you get a mishmash of French, English and what I'm assuming is Dutch or German... And the French song's title sounds like the French equivalent of "Engrisshy".
