Super Sonic Warriors 2 Question

I just finished playing my friend's copy of the game, and just happened to notice that the gameplay was completely different and that there were no refrences to Banpresto in the game. Was this game developed by Banpresto, or did another company do it this time around. I am very eager to know the answer to this, because it is very vital to what I think about the game. Thank you in advance!
