There's nothing to suggest she never slept with Yamcha. Considering how long they were together, I'd venture a guess they probably did at some point or another. I admit though that this is me guessing as well though, because at the same time there's nothing really to suggest they did either.

Bulma is just shameless: She offered to let Goku feel her up, showed (what she thought) her panties to Master Roshi, threw out the plan to capture Oolong when he was transformed to a suave gentlemen, and initially seduced Oolong to stay with them after he was initially captured. But not a slut, she only gave it up to Yamcha and Vegeta.

Of course a spoiled 16 year old girl who has gone her whole life getting whatever she wants is going to make bad decisions.

I wouldn't call her a "slut" by any means, and, in fact, I think she's a loyal woman to the person she likes/loves at a given time (i.e. Yamucha at the time, Vegeta at the time), but that she isn't above using her body in order to in order to obtain something she wants. Some may consider that "slutty" in and of itself, but, for the sake of this discussion at least, I personally don't.

"Slut" is a loaded term, used differently between women and men... as well as among different groups thereof. You must first define what that even means, and also consider whether your own attitudes towards what constitutes "appropriate" sexual behavior are coloring your perception.

So, that said, is she sexually promiscuous? Well, probably not. Let's keep in mind that, at the start of the story, she is only 16 (and furthermore, that her birthday occurs a mere two weeks prior to her meeting Goku). She is obviously inexperienced, and for all her book knowledge, also extremely naïve. While she displays a precocious knowledge about such things (enough to frighten the Pilaf gang), knowing about sex is not the same thing as sexual experience. If it were, every 13-year-old boy on the Internet would be a regular Casanova. While she is quick to drool over an attractive male (see: Oolong's "gentlemanly" form, Blue, Zarbon...), this never leads anywhere. And while she attempts to get her way through the use of her "feminine wiles", it usually backfires on her. The only people we ever see her with are Yamcha and Vegeta, and there is no evidence of her actively pursuing other relationships, either-in between or during her time with them. (Also: Does it even matter?)

Second, is she a slob? (This comes from an older, largely forgotten meaning of the word.) Well... maybe. Certainly, her room is strewn with bits of technology and other knickknacks, and she makes a pigsty of God's ship for the trip to Namek, but we don't see enough of her private life to know for sure. And for that matter, she's filthy stinkin' rich, so she probably has robots do the cleaning for her most of the time. She certainly does seem to have some messy tendencies, but these largely come with the "absent-minded genius" trope, which is very much who Bulma is.

Thirdly, is she a disagreeable person? Well, kind of. She tends to be abrasive and something of a hypocrite (not to mention exceedingly jealous of Yamcha for reasons that may or may not be his fault), but she still has positive traits: she is a genius inventor and engineer, and she displays profound loyalty to her close friends. As long as I didn't have to be around her all the time, I wouldn't mind her as a friend. She definitely wouldn't be my type as a romantic partner, though. (I think she and Vegeta are made for each other: their huge egos balance each other out, and they're drawn to each other almost inexplicably. Probably, Bulma is attracted to Vegeta specifically because he's never awed by her wealth or talents, while Vegeta is so impressed that anyone would stand up to him that he can't bring himself to kill her.)

Anyhow, I personally see her behavior as an immature eagerness to exert her newfound sexuality, without thinking through the potential consequences. She certainly gets herself into more than a few compromising situations as a result. No need to go around slinging mud unless you're another teenage girl who happens to envy her.
