Family Tree Question

I was wondering about the family tree sections you always seem to find on dragonball websites, and what I was thinking was that because Cell was made up of nearly everyone's DNA would'nt Cell be part of everyone's family?

Yeah, kind of, but he's always just in the 'Android' or 'Gero' family tree. See here.
