Posting your fanart

Post by The S » Fri Jun 02, 2006 11:22 pm

I've been meaning to make a topic about this for weeks now, and seeing the fanwork discussion thread made me think of finally doing it. And I know there's already topics like this, but they're dead, and I don't want to resurrect them for fears of running afoul of VegettoEX/the forces of nature/the Gods.

So, let the posting commence!

http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-415863.html -- Joeragon Ball Z!
Image
http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-149359.html -- Final Bout (I'm not too terribly proud of this one)
http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-147114.html -- Pride of the Prince (not only my first DB fanart publicly released, but my first fanart posted on Fanart Central)
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Aye, well...I already commented on those. :P

I'm curious though, where the hell did you get that "I Can't Believe it's not Burter"??
Did you make it yourself?

Have you ever wondered what VegettoEX would look like if he shaved his head bald, marked it with six dots, and decided to surgically remove his nose? Then wonder no more!

Ah, well I have a fanart of a made up Dragonball character. :) I drew it back in May of '04 so I can do better.

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y236/A ... s/scan.jpg

unfortunatly... I ran out of my skin colored copic right as I got to this picture so... his head isn't colored but his body is :D (anyone good with digital paint?)

-----------------------

This second picture I drew for another website (Anime Academy) back in August-September '05. It's really just an insider but I'm sure you still get the idea. :)

Visit the website forum for more information on the characters.

Yes sir, I did. Well, I found the image on Google and edited it to include Burter (like the commercial on the Simpsons when Krusty was running for senate :p )

LOL at Krillin EX.

I love it! I can't believe it's not Burter.

I don't have a scanner right now, but I at least have something remotely DBZ fanartish already uploaded.

Image
It's poorly done CGI of part of a picture from the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo DBZ parody, so I guess that makes it somewhat near the field of Dragonball fanart? :o I seriously need to redo this piece of crap one of these days, possibly during the summer. (I still don't know how I should make the glow on Jelly's face. :? )

I'd like to think I'm decent.

I apologize for the oddly erased background. I was planning on cleaning up the picture more, but I'm falling asleep on my keyboard, so it's really not an option right now. Maybe tomorrow. =_=;
What's scarier than a DBZ H-game?

That looks great :D Thank You!

I think the glow looks okay, it's a little splotchy though.. :)

Haha. Without his head coloured, it reminds me of Chaozu.

Anyway, it's nice to see other people posting their stuff! I openly welcomed people to do so in my old topic, but very few people did. I really wanted to see some other people go at it. :P

I've done quite a few more pictures that I never posted in my old topic, but I'm too lazy to post them.

That is hilarious...

How many variations are you planning to make of one fanart? I'd love to see some more...

Bulma: *Hands baby Trunks to Mirai Trunks* "Go play with yourself."
Trunks: "Yaoi undertones!" *Thwaps Bulma* (He's sensitive about his sexuality, you see.)

Enjoy my quick random sketches.

I know some people may have trouble seeing the pictures because they are lightly sketched. I refuse to color them since I suck at coloring & I feel it will ruin my sketches. I'll try to make them more defined if I decide to stop being lazy & to post any more in the future.
