Dude. YES XD;

Shorter episode, but SO worth it. Defintely one of the funniest to date in my opinion. Thanks for answering my question too! I didn't think you'd go all the way back to that one to be honest ^^;

If you'll be doing the live Skype questions again this Friday, will you have a time as to when? I'd love to get the chance to!

We're not going to make a habit of the live questions. We don't run a live show. That's really what the MP3 questions are for; it allows us to get some interaction, but also allows me the time to get everything in place that I need and have the editing time.

I still hate my fucking voice.

Oh, some updates from the recording, and play-asia did start shipping...... only the gamecube versions. Also, Buu is in the game as is Cell. Hopefully we will see more and I posted more in the D.O.N. forum.

Too bad for less live bits. I could give more news on D.O.N. as for I am getting it tomorrow (or Tuesday).

That whole thing about the history of Daizex.com was awesome. I remember all those sites, I still have alt.fan.dragonball on my favorites...why? No clue. I remember I used to be such a little bastard over there, I would always be curse people telling them they didn't know what the eff they were talking about. Meanwhile I probley never seen anything past the Cell saga. Even when I came here I remember I got a few warnings. Tee Hee Hee. :twisted:

You mention that the news from the older stuff is long gone? Haha! The evil past is going to come back to haunt you.

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://vegex.pokeball.net/

Check out the updates from waaaaaaaay back in 2001! If someone knows the URL to the original site (the `98 version) it might be up too. I just can't remember the url to it. I guess I should say that only the first three links (in the 2001 column) are actually for the site. The rest are after the site moved to a new url (or when the net died, whichever).

Fun stuff.

So, again I feel like the last one to hear about everything... what is that anime that God of Chaos said he liked? 'Tenchu'?

Anyway... nice short podcast.

Oh, and I've always said 'DragonBall Zee'. I'm pretty big on saying 'zed' the rest of the time but just can't get that 'DB-Zee' out of my head.

And yes! They're up. And wow, how the site has changed and grown. :) It's also amazing to go to the links section and check out a lot of the old DB sites that I used to frequent back in `99. Talk about some major nostalgia going on.
I'm confused. Are you thinking SREDBZ is me? If so, no. SREDBZ started up a server (sreanime.net) that Meri and I were hosted on for a while. He was an old friend from AOL days.

Also, it turns out I forgot "Son-Kun". I don't even really remember who that was. Or maybe I do and even still talk to them and they're just under a totally different name. I think they were from IRC.

Ack. I think I am. Sorry, it's been a really long day.

But that would explain a few things. Unfortunately this one has no archived pages: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://mem ... VegettoEX/

I'm listening to the podcast and I noticed the question about the two doctors in the Bardock Special. The beaked, reptillian looking doctor is obviously not a Saiyan and the humanoid, elderly doctor is also not a Saiyan. When I first saw it this was obvious because the bearded gentlemen has pinkish white beard (Saiyans all have black or dark brown, red color hair), he has no tail, and didn't he have long elf like ears? So yeah obviously not a Saiyan.

Sadly my e-mail hasen't made the cut... :cry: Maybe next time! :roll: Oh yeah I sent it to ask daizenshuu EX instead of the podcast... my bad! :oops: :lol:

Interesting. I knew that the lizard guy was named Melakka in the dub, but I never knew what the hell the other guy's name was. Plantor? How about that.

I feel so embarassed. :X

EDIT: You rock. Hikari no Tabi 96.
EDIT2: I've been feeling like I've been rude when I said "the power of google," though. So sorry about that. ._.'

VegettoEX, you sound exactly like this dude I know, who is also into Dragon Ball. :lol:

Cool episode man. I enjoyed tunning in. I never knew there was a game called Doom Z. I've played Bid For Power (a lot) in the past, which was pretty cool. A FPS with Dragon Ball characters sounds interesting.

There was a few mentions of Jon Allen so I'll take this opportunity to promote my own films and website, in which one of them he provided me with the voices. He played Cell and 17 in a short stop-motion I did a long while back, titled "Cells."

Here's the website it can be found at, among others I did a while ago. Need to get back to work on them, cause their fun. They can be found in the "My Animation" section.

Hopefully this plug is acceptable! Sorry, if it's not. Also, I'd directly link to it but... I'm on Tripod and they don't allow that apparently.

"Who is this?"
"godofchaos"
For some reason, that just made me laugh.

Just finished listening to the podcast, and even though it was notoriously short, I think it's good enough to last me the full week.

Are you guys using music from the 18 1/2 Special CD for your closing songs? I've noticed that quite a few of your ending music is on that disc.

And on the topic of the live questions: I completely agree with that just being a one time thing. I've listened to another podcast that has live questions and they seem kinda iffy, especially when they started getting some prankers from rival podcasters :roll:. But I guess you guys don't have anything to worry about, since you're virtually the only DBZ podcast out today.

EDIT: Couple more thing: I so remember the pink hat guy! Beckett DBZ even did a little page on him way back when.

And Jrinu, can you reply here to tell us all HOW to say your name? I know J-Guy is hilarious, but can you at least put an end to the mysteriy?
