My most recent purchases were all 7 dragon boxes, I paid 100 dollars more than my original budget for sealed copies only.

A good example in a medium I am more familiar with is the game Lunar 2 where the translators added in the idea that there was an unrequited love between two characters, where there was no such reference in the original work.

But the difference to most people is that a dub is not strictly the same as an adaptation. It's not like taking Batman out of the comics and making him into a brand-new movie storyline. It's not taking a Harry Potter novel and reworking so it functions as a film. It's not even taking the Dragon ...

they're different peoples' versions of the same story Except it's not like American comics, it has one author, Akira Toriyama. There shouldn't be different versions of the story.

I would just say but them one buy one when they are sub $15 dollars, I did this and ended up with the entire series in 2 months back in June and July of like 68 for the entire series.
