PAL, from what I understand, is the TV resolution in European countries. It has more vertical picture, and runs at a slightly faaster framerate; something like 25 or 29 fps compared to NTSC which is (about) 23.4 FPS. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, which odds are I am.

There was a Japanese laserdisc release of this movie, wasn't there? I'd say so, and if somebody here could manage to get ahold of that and record the SFX and BGM-only secondary audio track from it, mixing the "Original Soundtrack" side for this dub would be a hell of a lot easier.

Really? Because I frequently experienced that Media Player Classic made my PC get "the bluescreen of death" and shut itself down after being frozen for about 5 minutes... needless to say, I'm not using it anymore.
