See, the whole idea of the Golden Oozaru was kind of the biggest piece of evidence that the SSj4 concept was mistimed. They had to create this whole "higher" ape form in order to justify the whole ape direction, since the SSj forms were placed as significantly better than the Oozaru transformation ...
