There are more than two. Each series has had multiple logos, though I think "Dragon Ball" has had the most since it can cover either the first anime series or the franchise as a whole.

Yeah, that bgm that plays in that episode is the full complete one. Too bad we will never get a complete version of it. Only the clean short one that I ripped ages ago is the best one until some soundtrack appears.

Did you make a "semi-perfect" version of that bgm? I mean the full complete one.

No, although the bgm play 13 times in the series, the one plays in ep.45 is the long version which only appears once.

I have bought the Dragon Ball GT Season 1 & 2 DVD, and I have tried to extract the bgm by the following steps:
1. Using DVDFab to extract the .vob files
2. Convert the .vob files to .ac3 files by VirtualDubMod
3. Convert the .ac3 files to 6-channels wave by Foobar2000
4. Delete the useless channels ...

It is a bgm that can only be found in episode 45, in the scene that the hole out of hell is reopened by Piccolo and Dende. (I can only found the short version of this bgm which extracted by many people.)
