Well you could say that. The Lupin III Goemon is the direct descendant of the one in the legend. If I remember correctly he's actually Goemon Ishikawa XIII.

Woulda been nice if they had the actual game intros on the DVD. Just so I could pay around with it(lower the tone =P), but the DVD itself seems to be worth it just to see Kageyama act goofy.

Of course the Japanese DVDs would look better; since when have the Japanese produced inferior products?

A lot of electronics that are released first in Japan aren't quite the same quality as their American counterparts. This is due to the typical Japanese consumer's love for flashy tech gadgets ...

True Crime had Snoop Dogg as a cameo. This new game (forgot the name - it's on the cover of the newest Game Informer) has Snoop Dogg as the star, I believe.

I've actually been predicting another video game crash in the coming years. I blame it mostly on Microsoft, but the blame's partially there on Sony (Mr. Mass Market) and Nintendo (three versions of GameBoy in a couple years), as well.

I think we'll actually hit such a DEEP mainstream success ...

Regarding the topic on hand: It's pretty much a no-brainer that Nintendo would want to stick some of their mascots here. They'd feel more at home than say... Soul Caliubur 2 or NBA Street V3.

Nintendo would probably want to stick with their anime-style characters, like the TV character designs of ...
