They made Bojack and his crew seem so powerful throughout the movie and then when Gohan goes SSJ2 they all get beaten up pretty easily.

Yeah because Majin Buu was the same height as Vegeta or a little bit taller(correct me if I'm wrong). The height seems to depend when you're watching the show though.

His name being a pun off "gear" would make sense though, seeing as he builds robots, and cyborgs.

Technically, he was still an adult to begin with. So when he went SSJ4 he got returned to his adult size for a little while until he ran out of energy, then he went back to his chibi form.

I have a question concerning Krillin's daughter. Is she a total 100% human, or does she have some cybernetic enhancements as well? I assume the latter might be true if the rumors I heard that she apparently grew a nose in GT are true. I don't really know since I don't really watch GT.
