Hmm...well I felt emotion during LOTS of scenes, but the only ones I literally cried for were:

1) Piccolo sacrificing himself for Gohan in the Saiyajin saga

2) Piccolo's death in GT [yes I am a Piccolo fangirl =P]

3) Vegeta's fight against Final form Freeza

4) Goku meeting Goten for the first ...
