I don't think it was forgotten by Toriyama as much as it was deliberatly ignored like Battle Powers and Near Death Power-ups(until Cell at least).

While watching the epiosde where Kami fuses with Piccolo, I noticed that the clothes they wear are color swaps of each other.

I like the first two but haven't had a chance to play the third yet. For some reason, I see the first as being a game that brings out Goku's character as a caring person seeing as how as he cares for everyone. But that's just me.

Only came in half way (again), but I enjoyed the Dragon Soul instrumental.

I agree with this. The other two specials cover the other major sagas, so Buu deserves one of his own.
