I think it was missed. It seems they're using the VIZBIGS as a base so they have to re-insert uncensored panels, panel by panel.

Well I actually got it, to be honest it looks good, I'm just really disappointed with the lack of cover pages and Toriyama's comment. It was not worth it. You can read the reviews in Amazon.

That's a Yukio Ebizawa episode. He has a habit of making a bad looking Vegeta, especially the famous episode 51 where he attacks the Namekian village and look like Yogi Bear.
