The quality of the Bardock special isn't dependent on if it is canon. If people disregard it, that's there loss, but I don't think that many will. It's not that hard to find.
I'm not really seeing anything particularly about the pacing specifically. Take a look at the back of the box for the ...

Re: What's Canon? Few Care
The Bardock special may not be canon anymore. How many people really care that much if it is in continuity with the rest of the story or do they care more that it's a good story?
Kai's appeal wasn't about "canon" it was about pacing. Something can still be canon but have horrible pacing. By the ...

Re: What's Canon? Few Care
Most casual franchises in the past have very little continuity in order to make the show more accessible to newcomers just jumping in. I think you are confusing the issue of continuity and serialization. Star Trek: TOS wasn't heavily serialized, but the show had a continuity.

Re: What's Canon? Few Care
I can't remember what exactly caused the epiphany, if you can call it that, but not that long ago, I realized that few people actually care about what is or isn't canon - certainly not enough to make much of a difference in anyone's bank account. Film goers don't care if Bond movies have any ...

Well its a disc so of course its going to have a hole in it. What do you mean "why does the ring interupt the image"? If you have a image on a disc the hole is going to interupt it. Its to be expected.
I don't think he means the hole in the disc, but the ring around the hole. For example ...

I recently mentioned to some of my friends that this movie was gonna be made. Whether they were dub fans who had watched it casually on TV back in the day, to new fans who were watching the Season sets for the first time, to people who watch the JP version, the general response was, "You're kidding ...

Urg. I bought the set and immediately went to episode 20 to hear Mind Power Ki in the English dub. Suprise suprise, they pulled ANOTHER damn Mezase Tenkaichi. :\ Silencing the whole scene's background music while allowing dialogue to occur, while the Japanese version features the vocal song and the ...

This was the first AMV I ever watched, and the video that that got me into AMV's like a year and half ago. Although I've long since watched this vid to death, it still remains one of my favorite AMVs and a standard at which to compare most other AMVs to.

Did anyone figure out if Funi was planning on releasing the Vegeta saga in one box? I would rather buy one big box then two little ones.
Sorry, but this isn't going to ever happen. The largest box sets Funi has put out there so far are the Majin Buu and Fusion Saga sets, each containing 7 Volumes ...
