Surprisingly, considering my first experience was with the Ocean dub, I didn't even question it. I just... knew he was a guy. Maybe because he'd been referred to as a 'he' beforehand so I didn't think too much of it.

Gohan's sword in the pre-Vegeta/Nappa training arc is the one that he later gave to Trunks.

It was my fanon before I saw Movie 13, at any rate, and I still like it as a pet theory. Even if Gohan's sword was anime filler (can't remember if it was ever around in the manga)...

Took me the longest time to recognise where the names Bibidi, Babidi and Buu came from. (That song in Disney's Cinderella.)

I'd be inclined to say the same. However, going by that, it seems likely that his headpiece is a helmet of some kind, rather than his actual head, seeing as they look like they're made of the same ...

For me it entirely depends on whether or not I'm feeling like watching the anime, reading the manga, or playing one of the video game. I go long stretches without doing any of the above, and then there'll be sudden spurts where I'll marathon a bunch of eps, plow through a few volumes, or beat the ...

With the wealth of characters in Dragon Ball/Z/GT there are so many possibilities for a spin off. Personally, I'd love some villain backstories. Freeza's or Zarbon's origins, Vegeta's childhood, maybe something chronicling the wacky adventures of the Ginyu Force.

On the other hand, I reckon Mirai ...

I'm torn between the English DBZ Kai version (Ginyu Force Rules! How can you not sing along to that? ha) and the Japanese Kai version. I can't say I particularly dislike any version, though.
